PROFILE WIZARD

INTRODUCTION

This Wizard will take you through all of the steps to complete this profile.

As you go through the wizard, you will complete the different stages but you don't have to do it in order - you can go to any stage at any time.

Now click Next to start.

1. Contact Details
Your telephone number and a link to your own website should be entered into the boxes provided in the left hand panel.

Map and Contact form
A map of your Post-Code location and a CONTACT form will be added automatically.

Location (Short address)
Enter a very basic location in the left panel such as

High Street, Oxford

or just Oxford.

4. Set Calendar dates.

Click the calendar to set the dates that you are open for visitors.

When you have finished, Click
Save Calendar to save your calendar

Once your calendar has been set up, you can just change the dates at any time - but remember to Click
Save Calendar.

5. Address and opening times.
Your address will be displayed in the left panel beneath the venue picture.
You should include information about opening times, disabled access and if visitors need to contact you before visiting.

Click: Address details
to edit your address and Opening times

6. Add Gallery details.

Click Gallery details to add more details to the profile
This will appear at the bottom of the main panel.

Click:
Address and Opening times to edit the address and Opening times

2. Load your images

If you have already loaded the images for your profile using your Image Organizer - skip this and go to the next stage.
Otherwise load your images now.

Click HERE to load your images

These images will be loaded into the Private Folder in your Image Organizer - you can move them later if you want to.

Once you have loaded your images, click Next to go to the next stage

3. Select your images
Drag one or more images from this panel to the thumbs in the main panel.

4. Select a Venue image
Drag an image of your Gallery to the Gallery Image in the Left panel. Ideally, this should be an external image

ADVERT WIZARD

INTRODUCTION

This Wizard will take you through all of the steps to create your advert.

As you go through the wizard, you will complete different parts of the advert.
But you don't have to do it in order - you can go to any stage at any time.

Now click Next to start.

Step 1. Book in your Advert
The first step is to create a new advert.

Click New Advert to start.

The Venue, Title and Dates from your booking will appear on your advert - You can go back and edit them at any time.

The Postcode is used to set your position on the map. You can click Check Postcode in the booking form to check the position or drag the map marker to a new location.

Step 2. Select an advert
Select the advert you want to work on by Clicking a radio button.

Enable Your Advert
When you have finished preparing your advert, it is ready to display in the What's on section.

To enable the advert, just tick the checkbox in the Enable column (above).

As soon as you tick this box, the advert will become visible in the What's On.
(You may have to click the Search button to see it).

You can un-tick this box to remove the advert from the What's On while you work on it.

Step 3. Select type of advert.

Ready made Poster
If you already have a poster, you can load it into the first thumb position and no other information will be used.

Ready made Poster - 2
As above - but the first image will appear on the What's On page; the second as the actual poster.

Standard
No poster? Use this Wizard to make an advert for you.

Mini-Blog
No poster? Use this Wizard to make an advert for you.

7. Address and opening times.

The location and opening times
are displayed in the left hand panel underneath the venue picture.

Click: Venue details to enter the address and opening times. You can also include any information about disabled access.

8. Exhibitions details.

Click Exhibition details to add more details about the exhibition.
This will appear beneath the images in the main panel.

4. Load your images
You can use any images that you have already loaded using your image organizer - or you can load some images now.

If you load them now, they will be loaded into your Private Folder in your Image Organizer - you can move them later if you want to.

Click LOAD NOW to load your images now.

Once you have loaded your images, click Next to go to the next stage and put your images into the advert.

4. Load your poster
If you have already uploaded the Poster for your advert using your Image Organizer - go to the next stage.
Otherwise load your Poster now.

Click HERE to load your Poster

The Poster image will be loaded into the Private Folder in your Image Organizer - you can move it later if you want to.

Once you have loaded your images, click Next to go to the next stage

5. Select your images
Drag images from this panel to the thumbs in the main panel.
The first image will appear on the front of your advert.

6. Select your Venue image
Drag an image of the venue to the Venue image in the Left Panel.
This image appears inside your advert not on the front.

5. Select your Poster
Drag the image of your poster
onto the first thumbnail position in the main panel.
