This Wizard will take you through all of the steps to create your advert.
As you go through the wizard, you will complete different parts of the advert. But you don't have to do it in order - you can go to any stage at any time.
Now click Next to start.
Step 1. Book in your Advert The first step is to create a new advert.
Click New Advert to start.
The Venue, Title and Dates from your booking will appear on your advert - You can go back and edit them at any time.
The Postcode is used to set your position on the map. You can click Check Postcode in the booking form to check the position or drag the map marker to a new location.
Step 2. Select an advert Select the advert you want to work on by Clicking a radio button.
Enable Your Advert When you have finished preparing your advert, it is ready to display in the What's on section.
To enable the advert, just tick the checkbox in the Enable column (above).
As soon as you tick this box, the advert will become visible in the What's On. (You may have to click the Search button to see it).
You can un-tick this box to remove the advert from the What's On while you work on it.
Step 3. Select type of advert.
If you already have a poster, you can load it into the first thumb position and no other information will be used.
As above - but the first image will appear on the What's On page; the second as the actual poster.

7. Address and opening times.
The location and opening times are displayed in the left hand panel underneath the venue picture.
Click: Venue details to enter the address and opening times. You can also include any information about disabled access.
8. Exhibitions details.
Click Exhibition detailsto add more details about the exhibition. This will appear beneath the images in the main panel.
4. Load your images You can use any images that you have already loaded using your image organizer - or you can load some images now.
If you load them now, they will be loaded into your Private Folder in your Image Organizer - you can move them later if you want to.
Once you have loaded your images, click Next to go to the next stage and put your images into the advert.
4. Load your poster If you have already uploaded the Poster for your advert using your Image Organizer - go to the next stage. Otherwise load your Poster now.
